Tom Nikoloski

Mr. Nikoloski is security, risk management and corporate intelligence expert. Since 2009, he served on various senior risk management and corporate executive positions for consulting companies, primarily in support of security and operations contracts for the US Government and NATO in the Middle East and commercial programs in USA, Europe and Africa. Prior to joining the private sector, he served as military officer on various command and staff duties. He is military academy and Fort Benning Career Officers School graduate and holds MA in Risk Management.

Slavica Popeva

Ms.Popeva is a management expert focused in five core areas: people, operations, budgeting, project delivery and strategy. She is responsible for planning and coordination of activities, training and resources, and smooth running of the company’s operations. Ms. Popeva previously spent several years on various managerial and administrative positions in multi – national companies and industries. Currently, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism.

Stojan Pecev

Mr. Pecev leads the corporate due diligence investigations. Before joining our team, he served in various legal consultancy companies, and was a part of a number of conferences on the subject matter in the EU.  Mr. Pecev has also completed various training courses in corporate and technical due diligence and risk management. He currently holds a Bachelor’s degree in Jurisprudence Law and is completing his MSc degree.

Boris Milos

Mr. Milos is a Partner for our UK and Europe branch and with his extensive experience as a Strategic Advisor in the corporate consultancy industry, provides risk management consultancy services to our UK based client portfolio. Prior to becoming a partner at Dynamics International Group, he enjoyed a successful career in the business sector, working on different senior executive positions for business development, business intelligence, corporate finance and strategy, M&A and business, enhanced due diligence, risk management, business modelling, product development, proofs of concept, and complex programs management. His career is drawn from various sectors including finance, energy, communications, venture capital, and business intelligence. Additionally, Mr. Milos holds an MSc in Business Administration from the London Business School, and is an Alumnus of University of Pittsburgh. He also graduated Summa Cum Laude in Business and Political Science

Serhii Hevorkov

Mr. Hevorkov is a Partner within Dynamics International Group for the CIS region, with more than 25 years of experience providing strategic analyses, complex multi – jurisdictional investigations, as well as academic research. In the past, he held a number of command positions in the military, civilian agencies and was a part of several UN and OSCE missions in Southern and Central Asia, MENA and the Southern Europe. Since 2008, Mr. Hevorkov as a Senior Intelligence Analyst was providing security, operational and political risk management consultancy to clients in Afghanistan. In addition, he holds an MSc degree in Security and several intelligence and unconventional data collection methodology certificates. Mr. Hevorkov is also an author of a number of academic papers, assessments and analyses on a strategic and geopolitical level, in regards regional security matters and post – conflict reconciliation.

Metodija Stojcevski

Mr. Stojcevski joined Dynamics International Group in 2023 as Director of Strategy and Intelligence after successful career of over 23 years as military intelligence and special operations officer. Prior to joining T-Dynamics as Director of Strategy and Intelligence, Mr. Stojcevski led the Military Intelligence Department of Military Service for Security and Intelligence of North Macedonia and before that he was high-ranking intelligence and counterintelligence officer, including over 10 years of intelligence positions in the special forces community. Mr. Stojcevski was deployed on multiple occasions in Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom and Resolute Support in Afghanistan and several other multinational missions where he served as intelligence and special operations commanding officer. For his contributions in the international security and intelligence community and efforts, Mr. Stojcevski has been awarded number of medals and recognitions including NATO Non-Article 5 Medal, Vermont National Guard Commendation Medal and the Silver Star for Excellence and Service in Combat. Mr. Stojcevski is military academy graduate, as well as graduate from the United States Army Intelligence Center at Fort Huachuca and the US DIA Academy for Defense Intelligence. Mr. Stojcevski also holds MBA in Management from the University of Sheffield, MA in Strategic Security Studies from the College of International Security Affairs – US National Defense University, and finished number of specialized trainings in Special Operations, Intelligence, Critical Analysis, Big Data Business Analytics, Security and International Stability Operations and Geopolitical Intelligence Analysis.

Director – Business Development

Viktor Kostikj

Mr. Kostikj joined Dynamics International Group in 2023 after retiring from military service with 24 years of active service on various command and staff positions. Mr. Kostikj is responsible for our business development and strategic customers account management, focusing on the defense and government services provided by T-Dynamics. Before retiring, he served as International Cooperation Senior Advisor to the Chief of Staff at the General Staff of the Army of North Macedonia, and prior to that held several other General Staff department lead positions, including 15 years of command duties. Mr. Kostikj participated as commanding officer of the Macedonian Army contingents in ISAF (Afghanistan) for which he received several recognitions, including German Armed Forces Bronze Service Medal and NATO Non-Article 5 Medal. Mr. Kostikj is military academy and Fort Benning Career Officer School graduate, as well as graduate of the Italian Joint Services Staff College and the Italian Defense Higher Studies Institute. Mr. Kostikj holds Joint MA in International Strategic Military Studies from the University of Milan – Centre for Defense Higher Studies and LUISS Guido Carli University and MA in Strategy and Security from the University of Torino.

Operations Manager

Kosta Ristovski

Mr. Ristovski coordinates the operations of our group of companies. He helps safeguarding the client’s reputation and brand identity, thanks to his extensive project management experience. He has also utilized his expertise as a due diligence investigator and analyst. Prior joining on board, Mr. Ristovski served on various security and risk management positions in support of the US government and NATO’s contracts. In addition, he is a certified aviation security specialist and holds a number of other certifications in the corporate intelligence industry.

Geopolitical and Strategic Analyst

Nela Taskovska

Ms. Taskovska is our Geopolitical and Strategic Analyst. She is a published author of the book “Diplomacy and Feminism” and a political specialist. She graduated from Purdue University with a BA in Political Science and holds an MA in Women’s and Gender Politics from Roosevelt University in Chicago. Ms. Taskovska has great experience working for political organizations such as the Chicago Council on Global Affairs, having the opportunity to intern in their Program’s Department and on the organization of political panels, the NATO Summit and global economy series with world leaders such as Al Gore, Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton. Taskovska has worked on several political campaigns, as a researcher on Barack Obama’s 2008 Presidential Campaign in the Chicago branch and later as a Campaign Coordinator and Advisor of candidate Dr. Srgjan Kerim for the post of UN Secretary General in 2016.

Marjan Velkovski

Marjan is a geopolitical and strategic analyst with an advanced hands–on experience and research in the field of international security and international relations. Since 2013, he served at various management positions in the MENA region in the private security industry. Prior joining the private sector, Marjan served as a commissioned officer in the Macedonian Army and Police. He holds an MA degree in defense and currently is a PhD candidate in the field of security and international relations.

Profiling Analyst

Irena Dimitrovska

Ms. Dimitrovska is responsible for our profiling analysis and assessments of individuals, enterprises and organizations. As a member of our team she is working on profile preparation, individual analysis and risk assessments of various subjects, through reviewing and examination of open source and specialized databases research. Her previous experiences include project coordination and management and organization and supervision of administrative operations. Ms. Dimitrovska holds a BA in English language and Literature, specializing in Translation and Interpretation.

Corporate Research Analyst

Martina Nikolovska

Ms. Nikolovska is working on our corporate and individual due diligence projects. Her responsibilities include OSINT research and analysis, risk assessment, monitoring of various media outlets and other sources of information as well as analysis of pre-defined subjects of research. She has a previous experience within the consulting sector, working on different market research and business planning projects. Additionally, she has undergone a number of training courses in the field of leadership, management skills and entrepreneurship. Ms. Nikolovska holds a BSc in Management.

Marketing and Business Development Manager

Aleksandra Donevska

Ms. Donevska is responsible for our marketing activities. She supports in achieving the revenue goals by marketing, developing and strengthening long – term business relationships, as well as developing and implementing business development strategies. Aleksandra is also a graphic designer and has a wide-ranging experience with 3D modelling and rendering projects. She holds an MA in Architecture

Aleksandar Donevski

Mr. Donevski is our first technology go-to expert in charge of our technology and technological resources. Besides being responsible for all technological systems, processes, software design and development, he utilizes his considerable expertise, in order to provide IT consultancy services, web development and hosting, as well as cyber security projects. Mr.Donevski holds a BSc in Information Technology and Communications.

Vladimir Jordanov

Mr. Jordanov is overseeing the software development and maintenance and our database, as well as web applications projects. He has a wealth of experience in code development, IT consulting, training and web – based process integration. Mr. Jordanov holds a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering and has several certifications in IT management and programming.

Martina Niceva

Ms. Niceva joined Dynamics International Group in 2023 with over 10 years of previous experience in data analysis, due diligence and research. Before joining T-Dynamics, she worked as Data Specialist and Stakeholder Researcher, Due Diligence Researcher and Project Coordinator for various companies and non-profit organizations including A Data Pro, Legis, MOJU – Associação Movimento Juvenil em Olhão and ArcelorMittal in North Macedonia, Bulgaria and Portugal. Her work focus is corporate and individual OSINT, due diligence and risk analysis, specifically in the Spanish and Portuguese jurisdictions, as well as general due diligence analysis. Ms. Niceva holds BA in English Language and Literature.

Teodora Babamova

Ms. Babamova joined Dynamics International Group in 2023 as psychology professional with specific experience in management, organizational and labor psychology and is responsible for our individual due diligence and profiling research and analysis. Ms. Babamova participated in number of scientific research projects involving descriptive statistics, inferential statistics, qualitative and quantitative research methodology and contributed to number of psychology related conferences and workshops. Ms. Babamova is responsible for our in-depth analysis and individual personality profiling, behavioral patterns and risks analysis. Ms. Babamova holds BA in Psychology.

Corporate Profiling Analyst

Ana Minovska

Ms. Minovska joined Dynamics International Group in 2023 after 5 years of working as Project Coordinator, Project Support and QA Specialist, Content and SEO Specialist in the IT and marketing industry. Ms. Minovska specializes in corporate intelligence, business and market analysis, corporate risk assessments and corporate profiling and is responsible for our corporate profiling, analysis and risk assessments as part of the corporate due diligence program. Ms. Minovska holds BA in Industrial Engineering and Management.

Strategic Intelligence Analyst

David Veljanoski

Mr. Veljanoski joined Dynamics International Group in 2023 from the security and risk management sector. He worked on several security and risk assessment management and supervisory positions and was also assistant lecturer at the Faculty of Security in Skopje, North Macedonia between 2016 and 2018. Mr. Veljanoski has specialized in the field of national security, intelligence and counterintelligence, including corporate and industrial security and risk management. He is responsible for our strategic intelligence analysis, subject-focused security assessments and risk management projects. Mr. Veljanoski holds BA in National Security.
